AAA Pet Resort

This was my first time with AAA Pet Resort. I have two large dog reactive dogs and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Taking on board all instructions, emailing us with updates and keeping me in the loop when one of my dogs hurt his paw (from running too hard 🙄🙄). They came back calm and smelling wonderful! They had obviously been very well cared for. Thank you for looking after my fur babies - we will book with you again!

I can’t give enough praise to AAA Pet Resort and the wonderful animal attendants after bringing my boy Enoch home. He settled right back in with love and cuddles, not even the slightest bit skittish. He is 100% content and this tells me; being an animal attendant myself, that he was taken care of with love, affection and skilled hands. I can't thank all of them all enough for giving my boy the perfect home away from home when I couldn't. I will be recommending AAA Pet Resort to absolutely anybody and everybody looking for long term pet care and I will not hesitate to use your services again if I ever need them. Every single one of the staff are amazing. Thank you all so much from Enoch & myself.

Please don't take your dogs to this place. Based on the website it looked great, and when I rang and spoke to them they sounded wonderful. The reality was horrific! We were promised that we could inspect her room upon arrival (we were driving up from NSW) but were refused when we presented and were told that anybody other than staff entering the facility would upset and distress the dogs. Apparently dogs don't like people. We were promised that we could leave her bed with her (in a private room) but again had to fight to make this so. I left feeling incredibly uneasy and in tears worried that I'd made a mistake. When I returned 5 days later I realised I absolutely had. My dog had lost weight, was shakey and spent the first 20 minutes in the car absolutely guzzling water. Her 'system' still isn't back to normal weeks later despite being assured she would be fed Royal Canin. Picking her up was a nightmare, they changed the website hours while she was boarding, we were not advised of this and answering machine still had the original times. We tried calling for over an hour (during business hours) and nobody bothered to answer the phone I've since spoken to friends who own kennels in our local area and have been told the size of the small rooms are borderline for minimum standards and are entierly below the legislated minimum standard if there are two dogs. This place presents well but it's entierly a facade. I now know that the owner has a reputation and wish I'd done further research. Please dont put your dogs in this place.

Marshmallow had her first sleepover at AAA pet resort and she had the best time ever! The girls were so friendly, and made us feel very welcome. It was a great feeling knowing she was in good hands and we could enjoy our night away in Brisbane without any worries. We picked her up and she was smelling so beautiful from her bath! And we were told she was having lots of fun in the play yard with other dogs. Definitely a 10/10 experience and we can't wait to continue to use your services when we need them next
